With a strong foundation in cyber security, Tom holds both Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) accreditations. This underpins his approach to risk management, governance and incident response, ensuring services remain secure, compliant and aligned with evolving regulatory standards.

Combining technical oversight with commercial leadership, Tom works closely with clients and partners to deliver dependable IT services that support both immediate operational needs and long-term business objectives.

Derek Colvin is a senior technology and product executive with a 30-year track record operating at the intersection of capital, execution, and transformation. He works directly with investors to unlock value within their portfolio companies, often through hands-on interim leadership, platform strategy, and organisational restructuring. His background spans healthcare, real estate, infrastructure, and digital platforms, with a particular focus on businesses facing complexity, scale, or operational change.

Alongside his directorship with Alltime Technologies he currently serves as Chief Product & Technology Officer at Caresyntax, a surgical technology company focused on data, AI and workflow intelligence. He is a Senior Advisor to the Von Siemens family office and continues as a Board Advisor to MARCOL, the €2bn pan-European operating investor where, for over a decade, he served as Group CTO.

Derek has led technology carveouts, post-merger integrations, platform spin-outs, and crossborder transformation programmes. He brings commercial focus and technical depth to board-level decision making, especially in high-stakes situations involving turnaround or scale.

Colin Giles is a seasoned finance professional with over 40 years’ experience supporting businesses across the technology, healthcare, and property sectors. His career spans the UK, Europe, and the US, where he has worked closely with founders, owners, and international enterprises, providing strategic financial guidance and leadership.

Colin currently manages the private family office of the co-founder of Alltime, representing the founders on the Board. Since Alltime’s inception in 2006, he has played a pivotal role in its growth and success, leveraging his deep financial expertise to help shape the company’s direction and long-term strategy.

Elena joined the Alltime Technologies team in 2019, quickly becoming a trusted colleague and valued support to our clients. She is a qualified Lead Auditor in both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, with a keen understanding of how effective governance and robust information security make a tangible difference in day-to-day business.

Alongside her professional accreditations, Elena holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Royal Holloway and achieved a distinction in her MSc in Cyber Security Management in 2023. This unique blend of legal knowledge and cyber expertise provides her with a well-rounded perspective that clients truly appreciate.

Elena has an eye for detail and has a natural ability to spot things others might miss, applying care and precision to everything she does. Simon brings more than 20 years of experience in cloud architecture, networking, and infrastructure design. He holds a BSc in Physics from Lancaster University and postgraduate Master’s programmes in Cloud Computing from Caltech CMTE, and he recently added the globally respected CISSP certification to his credentials. His academic and professional background spans Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), underpinned by a strong focus on DevOps and automation.

Over the years, Simon has guided organisations through complex cloud migrations, datacentre builds, and multi-site network designs, as well as tackling telephony modernisation and ensuring systems meet demanding security and compliance frameworks. His experience across healthcare, finance, and education means he is adept at balancing performance, security, and operational stability in every solution.

Chhaya brings over 20 years of experience in IT services, with a particular focus on service management and customer support. She is skilled at bridging the gap between technology and business needs, ensuring that IT operations run smoothly and effectively to support organisational goals.

Holding a BSc in Business Information Technology, Chhaya has developed her career across diverse industries, from financial services and legal organisations to healthcare providers. Her background includes managing service desks, managing unified communications systems, and delivering frontline support that prioritises both efficiency and user experience.

Chhaya has a strong track record in embedding user cyber awareness into everyday interactions, guiding customers with clear, practical advice to strengthen their security culture. Known for her strategic, solutions-focused approach, she consistently looks for ways to improve services while supporting users with confidence and care.

Andrew is an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer with over 20 years of expertise supporting organisations across Australia, the UK, and Europe. His career spans diverse sectors including real estate, healthcare, and businesses of all sizes, where he has delivered reliable, secure, and scalable IT solutions.

Specialising in digital transformations, cyber security, and compliance, Andrew has successfully guided companies through CE/CE+ and ISO27002 certifications. He holds an IT degree from QUT in Brisbane, alongside MCSE and ITIL certifications obtained while working in the UK.

Known for his clear communication and structured approach, Andrew combines strong project management skills with technical insight, ensuring stakeholders at every level understand and benefit from the technology solutions implemented.

Kim joined Alltime Technologies in 2022 and brings a wealth of experience in financial leadership and management. She is a qualified FCA (ICAEW) and CTA (formerly ATII), with a strong background in guiding businesses through growth, change, and complex financial operations.

Before joining Alltime, she held senior finance positions in the renewable energy sector, where she oversaw financial reporting, budgeting, and cashflow forecasting across group companies, supported acquisitions, and worked closely with directors and shareholders during a period of significant expansion.

At Alltime Technologies, she applies the same rigour and strategic oversight to ensure strong financial governance and resilience. Alongside managing day-to-day finance activities, she provides valuable insight to the leadership team, combining technical expertise with a pragmatic, business-focused approach.
